As Sigortabin Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi, we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

This disclosure text has been prepared to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purposes it may be transferred, our data processing method and legal reasons, and your rights within the scope of KVKK.

The following personal data is processed in order to provide our services:

• Identity Information: Name, surname, T.C. identity number, passport number
• Contact Information: Phone number, e-mail address, address
• Health Information: Operation type, health status, medical history
• Financial Information: Payment information, bank account information
• Transaction Security Information: IP address, cookie records, transaction logs
• Visual and Audio Records: Photographs, video recordings

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

• Preparation and management of insurance policies
• Conducting damage and compensation processes
• Customer relationship management and communication
• Fulfilling legal obligations
• Improving service quality and analysis studies

Rights of the Data Subject

As personal data subjects, you have the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of KVKK:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed
• To request information if your personal data has been processed
• To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose
• To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
• To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed
• To request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of KVKK
• To request notification of the transactions made in accordance with items (e) and (f) above to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred

Data Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the processing purpose. Retention periods are determined according to relevant legislation and our company policies:

• Insurance policy information: Policy period + 10 years (as required by Turkish Commercial Code)
• Claim and compensation records: 10 years (as required by insurance legislation)
• Customer contact information: Duration of customer relationship + 2 years
• Financial records: 10 years (as required by tax legislation)
• Website cookie and log records: Maximum 2 years

When the retention period expires, your personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
