The insurance company that underwrites and issues the policy. This is a licensed Turkish insurer regulated by SEDDK.
Policy Number
Your unique policy identifier. Use this number for all claims and correspondence.
Insured Person Details
Your full name, passport number, and date of birth as provided at the time of application.
Treatment / Procedure
The specific medical procedure or surgery covered by this policy (e.g. Aesthetic Surgery Plan, Hair Transplant, Dental).
Coverage Amount
The maximum amount the insurer will pay for covered complications, in EUR. Shown in the Coverages section.
Start Date / End Date
The period during which the policy is active. Coverage begins from the start date and ends on the end date.
Claim Contact Details
The insurer's contact information for reporting a claim. Also contact Sigortabin directly for claims support.
Policy Delivery
After payment confirmation, your official policy PDF is issued and delivered by email and/or WhatsApp. The policy is issued in your name with your procedure details.
